Systems and products for compatible building
With the Bio-E® Limewellness range by Tassullo, ancient materials and traditional techniques are made available to the world of organic building, creating new forms of visual sophistication and new levels of living comfort.
The Bio-E® range includes natural hydraulic lime ready for on-site mixing, and other products, all based on the same binder, such as bedding mortar, plasters for mixing with water alone, adhesives for tiles, and for panels.
Pure products, with a wealth of history and no additives, for sensitivity to health and the environment, and to give the home a more natural quality.

Bio-E® natural hydraulic lime
Bio-E® natural hydraulic lime
BIO-E® is the NHL-5 natural hydraulic lime (in compliance with the standard UNI-EN 459-1) on which all products in the BIO-E® range are based.
Using this binder, traditional mortars and plasters can be made directly on site.
Bio-E® mortars
BIO-E®/RC bedding mortar
BIO-E®/RC is a mortar consisting of BIO-E® with selected dolomite fillers, ideal as a bedding mortar for loadbearing and partition walls.
BIO-E®/P2 mortar for partition walls
BIO-E®/P2 is a ready-to-use mortar manufactured from BIO-E® and selected aggregates, ideal for traditionally-applied internal and/or exterior plaster on vertical walls and ceilings, bedding mortar for partition walls, or the bedding and pointing of face brickwork.
BIO-E® plasters
BIO-E®/P hand-trowelled plaster
BIO-E®/P is a ready-to-use plaster manufactured from BIO-E® and selected aggregates, hallmarked by a high degree of spreadability and excellent workability, for traditional hand-trowelled plasters on vertical walls and ceilings, in 10/15 mm layers.
BIO-E®/P1 sprayed plaster
BIO-E®/P is a ready-to-use plaster manufactured from BIO-E® and selected aggregates, hallmarked by a high degree of workability, ideal for sprayed plaster for vertical walls and ceilings, in 10/15 mm layers. It can be applied either indoors or outdoors.
BIO-E® thermal plaster
TERMO-BI thermal plaster
An insulating, vapour-permeable and natural plaster. Ideal for renovation and organic building work. BIO-E® NHL 5 (UNI EN 459-1) natural hydraulic lime plaster. An eco-compatible product. This highly natural and vapour-permeable product improves interior comfort in the home, because the material’s porosity allows humidity to filter through the plaster towards the exterior in the form of vapour.
BIO-E® skim coat
BIO-E® skim coat/SKIM COAT
BIO-E® skim coat is a fine finishing plaster based on Bio-E® natural hydraulic lime. It is ideal for application over plasters in the BIO-E® range and over thermal plaster coats made using TERMO-BI to create a regular surface suitable for receiving the finishing coat, based on BIO-E® finish coat products.
BIO-E® finish coat
BIO-E finish coat
BIO-E® finish coat is a finishing plaster manufactured from BIO-E® and selected aggregates. It is hallmarked by high elasticity, a low content of water-soluble salts, and vapour permeability. These characteristics make the product suitable for finishing plasters made from Bio-E® with locally sourced aggregates. It offers benefits in terms of hygrometric regulation, because the resulting system is capable of dispersing water vapour through the masonry.
BIO-E® screeds
BIO-E® screed/BASE
BIO-E® Fondo screed is a ready-to-use cement screed mortar manufactured from Bio-E® and selected aggregates. It is ideal for the base layer of screeds in the home. BIO-E® Fondo can be applied to a normal floor slab with or without thermal insulation, or onto a layer of screed and filler aggregate; once BIO-E® Fondo has dried completely, any type of flooring material can be applied on top of it (tiles, timber etc.)
BIO-E®/SOFT screed with filler
BIO- E Soft is a ready-to-use mortar with a lightweight fibre reinforcement and filler. It can be used as a base layer between the floor slab and the underlayer screed in “BIO-E® Fondo”, which forms the base for the floor finish itself. BIO-E® Soft is an ideal material with which to cover electrical conduits and water/heating pipes laid on the floor slab, creating a levelled surface.
BIO-E® adhesives
TADP/C adhesive for tiles
TADP/C is a light-coloured adhesive for ceramic, terra cotta, or natural stone (marble, granite) tiles. It is manufactured from Bio-E® and selected aggregates, and it is hallmarked by high strength, excellent adhesion to the base surface, excellent workability, vapour permeability, and setting performance.
TK01/Ch skim-coating adhesive for wall cladding
TK01/Ch is an adhesive manufactured from BIO-E® and selected aggregates, for thermal wall cladding in cork sheets. Its excellent elasticity and adhesive strength, along with its high vapour permeability, make the product particularly suitable for installing and skim-coating insulating cork tiles. TK01/Ch improves the vapour permeability of interiors, permitting the dispersion of water vapour through the walls.
TF 1000 Bio-E® fine mortar
TF 1000 fine mortar
TF 1000 is a ready-to-use mortar made from lime putty and selected aggregates with a maximum grading size of 0.5 mm. TF 1000 is ideal for an interior rough coat plaster finish applied onto a base plaster coat made using hydraulic binders.

Green system in natural cork
A thermal insulation system made using cork panels represents the ideal method of ensuring a comfortable internal climate, building in an ecological way and saving energy. Cork is, in fact, a natural material containing no added organic substances.
